Remotorix LLC does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page explains that position plainly and tells you how to submit a request if you wish to confirm or exercise it.

No product and no file are distributed by this site. Remotorix LLC provides professional services only; nothing on this website is offered to copy, run, or load onto any device.

1 · STATEMENT

Our position

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, businesses must tell consumers whether they sell or share personal information and provide a way to opt out. We do not sell personal information as defined by that law, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no data flow for you to opt out of, but we still provide this page and the request route below so you can exercise your rights and receive confirmation.

2 · RIGHTS

Your California rights

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, and how we use and disclose it.
  • Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to limited legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we honor by not engaging in those activities at all.
  • Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
3 · HOW TO SUBMIT

How to submit a request

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe what you would like us to do. You may also write to Remotorix LLC, Attn: Privacy, 2450 Grand Avenue, Suite 1180, Kansas City, MO 64108, USA, or call +1 (816) 555-0142. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorization.

4 · VERIFICATION

Verification and response

So that we do not disclose or delete information in response to someone impersonating you, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting. Verification may involve confirming information we already hold or requesting limited additional details. We respond within the time frames required by California law, typically within forty-five days, with an extension where the law allows. If we cannot verify a request, we will explain why and what further information would help.

5 · AUTHORIZED AGENTS

Authorized agents and appeals

An authorized agent may submit a request if they provide written permission signed by you, or a valid power of attorney. If you are a California resident and are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact us again to appeal, and we will review the matter and explain the outcome. You may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or the Attorney General’s office if you remain concerned.
